Order by Mail

Ordering by mail from FotoArt is simple.

1.  Print this Page (Use your browser print function).
2.  Number each photo you're sending us on the back  (ie. 1, 2, 3,etc.)
3.  Fill out and complete the order form with each line corresponding to the numbered photo.
4.  Indicate any items that you would like personalized and attach the inscription to your order form.
5.  Send your photos and order form to FotoArt

Please allow approximately three weeks when ordering by mail.
